2018 Prize giving and AGM Sunday 10th June 2018

Hi all
Prize giving and AGM is coming up on Sunday the 10th June 2018 at Mandeville Sports center

Can all families please complete the following form to allow us to get the catering numbers correct.

$15 per person.  3pm for the AGM, 4pm for Prize giving
